The collection of articles, “Ethics & Global Political Theory: the Encyclical Letter Caritas in Veritate and Critical Perspectives on Integral Human Development” contains seven texts by Ukrainian and international philosophers and theologians. The articles cover topics of current social ethics, civil society, justice, dignity, love, and other fundamental values. These texts emerged as a result of the talks and discussions performed over the course of the International Conference “Reflections on Global Political Theory (with Special Reference to Caritas in Veritate)”, which was held at the Ukrainian Catholic University in March 2014. The researchers expose genuine views in the transformations and challenges facing Ukraine society, as well as analyzing the impact and importance of the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity for the world community.
